I was SO excited to meet little newborn Carter – as he is the highly anticipated arrival of one of my college friends Kate and her husband Charlie. Carter was everything I hoped for and more – beautiful perfect face, amazingly peaceful personality, and the best little model for me. He was such a cutie pie and I loved snuggling with him in his gorgeous nursery. We finished the session by going outside and photographing the new family around their home, and they cuddled up together on the perfect sunny fall day and hung out in their cute red porch swing. This family is happiness and love, and I so enjoyed photographing them!

The studio has felt like santa’s workshop recently with a ton of amazing albums, prints, frames and products flowing through here. I wanted to share a few of these with you today so you can share in the fun.

First up are the super cute flip books which feature favorites from your session with a custom designed front, and fun borders around your images.

Here are a couple of items included with the digital collection – a custom designed image box which holds your CD as well as 5×7 bordered prints of every image from your session. Also shown here is another flip book and 3 mini albums featuring 10 favorites from your session with your choice of cover color/fabric. So cute!

Next is a gallery mounted storyboard and three different mini mounted prints. The mini mounts can come with either an easel backing or a magnet backing (my favorite) so you can display at the office or at home and swap them out as the seasons change. So so so cute. I love the gallery mounted storyboards because of their high quality, unique feel, as well as the fact they come ready to hang on your wall. They also easily convert to a table display down the road if you choose to move them to a different room, by leaning it against a small easel frame. Love that you can include up to 5 images in them as well!

Finally a quick pic of tons of mini albums all stacked up – I thought they looked so cute like this. These are always some of my favorite goodies!

I first met this beautiful family for this session in the Spring to document this exciting time in their lives. Their sweet little Aalia was about to become a big sister, and ran around in her princess shoes and dresses imagining we were in a fairy garden. This past week I was able to meet the new addition to their princess club, little 10 day old Kenza. Both girls are so adorable and sweet, and Kenza was such a great little model for me. Her big sister helped pick out some headbands and hats from my huge bag, and gave her lots of kisses and hugs. This family is so adorable and I’m so happy to show these sneak peeks from beautiful Kenza’s newborn session. Enjoy!

I’m sure you all remember THIS gorgeous couple’s maternity photos from a few weeks ago – well they received one amazingly adorable present just in time for Christmas! This baby arrived a few weeks early and he managed to become my very last newborn session in 2010…and I couldnt have ended this year on a better note. He was so sweet and tiny and perfect – he loved being cuddled and swaddled, has his daddy’s expressions and his mama’s sweet personality. He was a perfect little model for me and was such a joy to be around. Even their dogs wanted in on the action a bit and one in particular stood guard by me most of the time I was photographing him – just watching to make sure his new favorite family member was ok. So sweet! I can never pick which is my favorite part of my Bellies & Babies sessions…I love the excitement of the maternity sessions while we wait for the big day, but I love so much seeing these little babies arrive and getting to be a part of that amazing time. Both sessions are amazing!

Tiny baby S was a dream to photograph! She drifted between sleep and alert, constantly looking adorable and peaceful. Her parents are awesome too – total naturals and so in love with their little girl. A few times she would peek her eyes open at me and give me a look like ‘ok lady, hurry this up so I can be held by my dad again’. And while she never really fussed at all, when her mama held her she’d relax her arms and legs and just melt into her arms. SOOO CUTE!
