Oh my I must say I love this age. Every stage is awesome of a baby’s life – but there’s something about the 6-7 month range that just melts my heart. Heath is sitting up, rolling all around, reaching out for hugs from people he loves, smiling and laughing his head off, and cuddling with cats (and soft blankets – he loves ‘em both). He’s such a sweet little boy and I couldn’t be a prouder mom. I love his big deep blue eyes, his sweet gummy smile (now with 1 lower tooth!), and his amazing personality. I wish I could just bottle this age up and remember it forever.

Oh and seriously how cute are baby bottoms!!!

I love him more than I ever imagined my heart could love anything!!

My friend and fellow photographer Andrea of Andrea Roberts Photography in Denver, CO was out visiting her sister recently and wanted some updated photos of them together. I LOVE THIS IDEA!!! I have two sisters myself and we always talk about the only photos we have together are sooooo out of date. Those cheeks! Those lips! I couldnt get enough of sweet baby B’s adorable face. She was such an alert and sweet baby girl…she loves being held by her mama, hearing her daddy’s voice, and cuddling with her grandparents. Her 22 year old cat wasnt too sure what to think of her, but I think they’ll be fast friends soon enough. She was so cute – her little eyes would open up and peek out to see where everyone was, like she didnt want to miss the party. It was such a joy hanging out with this adorable family and seeing how much love there is for this precious baby girl. Enjoy these sneak peeks!!

I was so excited today because I got to meet the ADORABLE baby Tillman (love his name!!!) and snuck in 8 million questions about life with a newborn baby boy. I’ve gotten to know Tillman’s amazing mama over these past few months as we were in the same yoga class and fun mom’s meet up group, and today was my last session before my maternity leave so it was extra special to me! Tillman was so sweet and beautiful…he just melted my heart! Check out some sneak peeks below of this beautiful family!

My good friend Kelly of Kelphoto.com was kind and generous enough to head over to my house and take some maternity photos of me. I’ve always loved Kelly’s talented eye and I cant wait to see what she came up with! An awesome side benefit was that she brought her gorgeous daughter over and we grabbed a few photos of her under the cherry trees in her new birthday dress and princess shoes.

She then proceeded to fall in some dirt down by the barn, and stood up totally unphased (Easter chocolate still in hand!). A girl after my own heart!!
