I love when a family session comes together so perfectly like this one did. The outfits were awesome, the kids were so fun and adorable, and the family you could tell just loved being together. The ages of the children were awesome too because we had everything from a fun and smart 6 year old, a sweet and bubbly 3 year old, and a happy and cuddly 6 month old. They were all so beautiful too, and our whole session was filled with laughter and giggles. Enjoy these sneak peeks of this beautiful family!

Sweet baby Cullen has grown from this cute little baby from last year’s session to this adorable and fun little toddler. He is such a beautiful child – the perfect mix of strawberry blonde curls and big blue eyes, and it was so cute to watch him wander around investigating leaves and sticks and grass. He is a laid back and sweet little guy, and was such a great sport during his photosession! His family is so awesome, genuine and loving as well, and I’m so excited for them as they are expecting a baby girl in a few months! Amelia is one of my favorite little girls to photograph as I’ve gotten to know her and her beautiful family over the past year. I first photographed her at 2 in downtown Washington DC, and then met up with her again for a spring session around the cherry blossoms! This weekend we met up in the fall foliage and I had so much fun photographing them being themselves. Beautiful Ashlyn made my job easy and fun, because photographing her was such a joy! She had the brightest smile, gorgeous brown eyes and hair, and the most adorable personality. She looked perfect in all of her favorite outfits, and definitely rocked out her ‘rockstar boots’. Her adorable self plus the sunset and crisp fall air made for an unbelievable combination. This beautiful family and I met up on the most amazing fall morning to photograph 4 month old Benjamin, who needs all of our thoughts and prayers as he heads into surgery.
