When I met this family I instantly knew this session would rock. First the family is GORGEOUS, with three beautiful and adorable kids, and secondly they had the best outfits!!! I love when families wear awesome clothes as it makes the session really come to life. The weather was absolutely perfect and the leaves were just starting to change – it made for the best day! It was next to impossible to pick which images to blog as my sneak peeks – there are sooooo many incredible ones…so I picked a few that made me smile and reflect the fun side of this beautiful family. I cant believe that sweet miss Baylee is 9 months old already! She’s been one of my baby planners this year and I’ve loved watching her grow from a newborn, to a smiling 3 month old, to an adorable 6 month old, and now to a beautiful 9 month old. We met up on this perfect fall day at a local park to check out the scenery (gorgeous) and the ducks (relentless) and we had a blast wandering around. Baylee is such a precious little girl – she goes between soulful looks to big smiles and couldnt be a happier baby. I love photographing this 9 month age because they can sit, stand (sometimes) and are full of personalities…but not QUITE on the move just yet. Just wait though – I bet by the time we meet back for her 1 year photosession I will be chasing after her!

I have been a bad mommy photographer and rarely take any session photos with my own baby anymore. I take weekly snapshot photos with my awesome pocket point and shoot camera (which unfortunately broke at the beach this last week!) but I was overdue for an actual session with my almost 16 month old boy! This session focused on putting Heath to work modeling the adorable, warm and cozy winter hat and scarf set from the incredible Puntebella store (on etsy – http://www.puntebella.etsy.com/) This is for her upcoming fall and winter line and Heath loved putting the hat on and running around with the scarf. He’ll look adorable this winter wearing this with either a brown corduroy coat or a navy raincoat, and this totally puts me in the mood for fall!

This family and I first met over a year ago for their maternity portion of their bellies & babies package, and their session is still one of my favorites because of how sweet and excited they were to become parents, because we had some awesome rainbow sunflare going on, and because of the amazing vintage bridge location! Then (as if it could even get better) I photographed baby Daniel for his newborn session, which became one of my favorite newborn sessions to date because of how much of a perfect dream baby he was to photograph, and it was such gorgeous weather we were able to go outside and capture some outdoor newborn images which are still some of my favorites!

One year later this beautiful, adventurous, super smart and funny one year old walked (and I should say RAN! – this one year old is on the move!) around our studio location and checked out the trees, the leaves, the grass and the pebbles on the path. It was a perfect sunny day and Daniel is so hilarious – he really already has such a great sense of humor…I couldn’t have asked for more! I love watching my baby clients grow up in front of my camera and see how they change and become such beautiful little kids. Happy birthday Daniel!! Enjoy your sneak peek little man!

I love my baby planners – seeing them grow up is always so cool. Sweet baby Baylee is now over 6 months old and getting cuter every day. Just look at how much she’s grown since her newborn session, and then her 3 month session! She’s still flashing that great smile, and is such a laid back and happy baby whenever I see her. She is loving being a daddy’s girl, and giggles when her mama smiles. She is the perfect little model for all of my headbands too! Happy half year birthday miss Baylee – see you again at your 9 month session!
